Su Wang, MD MPH

Dr. Wang is the Assistant Director of Medical Affairs at the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center (CBWCHC). She coordinates the hepatitis B programs at CBWCHC and works with community organizations on hepatitis B related activities.

Dr. Wang received her B.S and M.D degrees at the University of Miami and obtained an M.P.H. at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. During that time, she received grants from Johns Hopkins and the state of Florida for tobacco cessation projects involving Asian American populations. She then completed a combined internal medicine and pediatrics residency at Georgetown University Hospital where she also served as chief resident. Dr. Wang served as an Epidemic Intelligence Service (EIS) officer for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and worked at the Food and Drug Administration investigating infectious disease transmission related to human tissue transplants.
