Anti-HBs
Antibody of Hepatitis B is a
marker of immunity. A person can acquire Anti-HBs through successful
vaccination. Its presence indicates previous exposure to Hepatitis B Virus
(HBV). However, the virus is no longer present and the person can’t infect
another. In addition, the antibody protects against future HBV infection.
